👥 Guests The maximum number of guests is as stated in the listing. We ask you to share the names of all guests in advance, as required by Italian law.

🔇 Respect for neighbours Between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please keep noise levels low, both inside the apartment and in common areas. Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorisation.

🚬 Smoking Smoking is only permitted outside (balcony/terrace). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

🐾 Pets Your four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are small-sized. Please let us know at the time of booking.

🧹 Cleanliness & waste Please leave the apartment tidy when you check out. Waste must be sorted according to separate collection rules — you'll find instructions and collection days inside the apartment.

🔐 Security Always lock doors and windows when you leave, and do not duplicate or hand over the keys to third parties.

🛋️ Care of the space Please treat the apartment as if it were your own home. If any accidental damage occurs, don't hesitate to let us know — we always appreciate honesty.

🕙 Check-in & check-out Please respect the agreed arrival and departure times, so we have enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Thank you for your cooperation — we hope you feel truly at home! 🙂
