Terms & conditions
1. Booking A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total stay amount. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the check-in date. Failure to receive the balance within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Payment Payments are accepted by bank transfer or credit card. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation by the guest: Cancellation made more than 7 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellation made less than 7 days before the arrival date: no refund. In case of cancellation by the host due to force majeure, the guest will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
4. Security Deposit At check-in, a security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest's credit card to cover any potential damages. The deposit will be released within 5 days after check-out, following inspection of the apartment. In case of damage, repair or replacement costs may be partially or fully deducted from the deposit.
5. Check-in & Check-out Check-in and check-out times are those stated in the booking confirmation. Arrivals or departures outside the agreed times must be authorised in advance and may incur additional charges.
6. Liability The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The host accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Trento.
